First night in China: Shanghai I haven’t posted in a while as it’s been quiet on the travelling front. The time has finally come though and now we’re in China to teach English! We’re having a 4 night stop in Shanghai before moving on to Chengdu where we shall teach. Share this:TwitterFacebookGoogleLike this:Like Loading... And are you doing it through a company or off your own back? Sorry if these are stupid questions. Enjoy your trip. Reply Not stupid at all! You don’t need to know any of the local language, the students must speak some English and the idea is the come to you so they have no choice but to use English, no relying on their mother tongue. I did my tefl certificate through the tefl academy, this job was advertised on their site and is organised through a company – ESL starters. Plenty of jobs going 24/7, hope this helps! Reply Thanks so much 😀 Leave a Reply Cancel reply Enter your comment here...
